Yes, it's that time of the year... max out the credit cards with holiday shopping, work on your New Year's Resolutions and, oh yeah, set sales goals!
Not much has changed over the years about setting sales goals... but how you think about achieving them is another issue. OK, the average case price today also has changed... probably closer to $30 (you'll hear $23 during this show from March 07).
