It’s all about trust… when you’re buying literally tons of brisket each month for the wild successfully Katzinger’s Deli in Columbus, Ohio. 

For owner/operator Diane Warren, she’s trusted the same meat supplier for 26 years with the prized brisket that ends up as corned beef (which ends up in one out of every five sandwiches served!). 

Katzinger’s is a hometown favorite recently featured on Food Network’s The Best Thing I Ever Ate show.  Diane spoke to DSR Live’s DSR Dave Miesse about what’s important to her when working with sales reps, and explains her secret for growing sales (2010 was the best ever) while other restaurants are suffering.
