Owner/Operator Jim Douglas of Anthony’s Pizzeria in Bexley, Ohio tells DSR Dave how he would like to be called on during a DSR cold call.  Douglas questions why DSRs only come in with product knowledge versus knowledge about all the other things that could help him make more money in his restaurant.
