Operator Mike Peterson of the White Horse Restaurant in Rock Hill, South Carolina and DSR Dave discuss why it’s so hard to start buying from a new distributor, let alone change distributors all together.  Peterson started his foodservice career as a DSR so he really understands both sides of the Laptop, if you will.

Mike says that DSRs are a “dime a dozen” and that only 3 out of 10 DSRs come back after their first call on him.  Listen in to see what else Peterson has to say about how he likes to be called on when a DSR first makes a call into the White Horse.

Nice Menu, what sample would you take in on your first call??
