Melissa Anderson of Ben E Keith, San Antonio, TX is the latest inductee into the AFDR DSR Hall of Fame as DSR of the Month for August 2013.
Melissa has won just about every sales award a Ben E Keith DSR can win including the coveted “Johnny Beauchamp Award” which recognizes the “Top DSR” for the entire company. You can feel the passion she has for her profession as you listen to her interview. This 11 year Vet does her homework on a prospect before making that first call.
This Hall of Famer has increased her sales over the past year by 8%, while at the same time increasing her gross profit per stop a whopping $43.00! Her margin is so high; she’s going to need oxygen to breathe!!
When it comes to pricing, she says, “I’m not Wal-Mart.”

Melissa says you must do your homework on a prospect and QUALIFY them before spending your precious time on one that might not be credit worthy. She also has a GREAT way she gets a prospect to fill out a CREDIT APP before they’re even close to doing business.
