401: Tony Gonzales inducted into Hall of Fame!


Introducing 2011's first AFDR Hall of Fame winner... Tony Gonzales of Shamrock Foods, a 10-year DSR veteran whose focus on being his customer's advocate has earned him many loyal customers and $4 million in annual sales. 

"You have to be pretty much everything to a restaurant but the owner," Tony says in his approach at learning all the details of each customer's business.  One of Tony's customers, Kevin Lozoya, of Abuelitas New Mexican Kitchen in Albuquerque, joins us in this conversation about what separates great DSRs from average DSRs.
