The DSR Live crew goes international… chatting with Jose Maroto of Mayca Foodservice of Costa Rica.  The concept of foodservice distribution in this Central American country is a relatively new concept… which provides some huge advantages… there’s less competition and bureaucracy and many fresh products are grown or produced locally!  But helping DSRs keep up with a sprawling business of thousands of products is an equally large challenge as it is here in the states.  Jose has great words of wisdom of getting back to a DSR’s core mission of helping operators make their businesses run smoothly and profitably.
