Robert Wiles of US Foods, Jackson, Mississippi stresses that to be good in this business, you've got to have:

- be very humble
This DSR of the month does not consider himself a topnotch salesman but rather a top notch service provider. Robert explains that when he shares his excitement and passion for the business with his customers, they in turn, become excited and do a better job of running their own business, which benefits all of them.
Also, he treats all of his peers and all of his team exactly the way he likes to be treated and they in turn are the first ones to step up and help him grow his business. Wiles credits much of his success to his peers because they all help him every day to succeed.
After 27 years, Robert still does a lot of things old school like writing down daily notes, but he also combines that with the new school technology and systems his company has in place to help him manage his business.
Robert reaches his goals by doing at least one more dollar this week than he did the week before!
