Crispy Baked Coconut Orange Salmon Salmon Crujiente con Coco y Naranja al Horno
Recipe Suggestion: Blend Upper Crust Coconut Panko (code 03510) with melted butter, orange juice and grated orange rinds to form a coarse crumb paste. Spoon Panko mixture on top of Salmon fillets and bake in a 350°F oven until 3/4 done. Transfer to a broiler to brown Panko crumb topping. Place fish on a bed of wilted spinach and drizzle with a spicy orange & mango coulis/puree.
Mezcle Upper Crust Panko con Coco (código 03510) con jugo de naranja y ralladura de naranja para formar una pasta de migajas gruesas. Distribuya esta pasta sobre cada filete de salmón y cocine en el horno a 350°F hasta ¾ de la cocción. Pase a la parrilla del horno los últimos minutos para dorar el Panko. Sirva el pescado sobre espinacas y aderece con coulis/puré picante de naranja y mango.
